Frank is a management and financial consultant and trainer, an accomplished Banker and an Entrepreneur with over 35 years’ post-graduation experiences in Finance & Banking, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, Project Management, Business Development and Management Consulting, among others. He is at the leading edge of new thinking and innovative practices on work, business, management, leadership, finance, stewardship, career development, human resources, entrepreneurship and personal development. His corporate restructuring and re-engineering consulting programs have supported the resuscitation and revival of many ailing organizations, particularly, small and medium enterprises in Nigeria. He is currently an Independent (Individual) Consultant for the African Development Bank (AfDB) on Project Monitoring and Evaluation Mr. Chikezie is currently the President/CEO of Global Heights Consulting Group, an international financial and management consulting and training firm with offices in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. Prior to joining the Global Heights Group, Frank spent over 22 years working in the banking industry in Nigeria. He was an Assistant General Manager at Fidelity Bank Plc, Nigeria where he held various positions, including Group Head, Large Corporates Division (Lagos & Abuja) and Pioneer Group Head, Multilateral Banking (Abuja). He worked in other banks including MannyBank Plc where he was a frontline member of the restructuring team of the bank, and ICON LTD (Merchant Bankers) where he distinguished himself in special asset management and credit structuring and loans management. He is a graduate of Mathematics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Financial Management from the University of Lagos. Mr. Chikezie also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Economics from ESUT Business School, Enugu. He is currently a PH.D candidate at the International School of management, Paris, France. He is a member of various professional bodies. Frank is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria and a Certified International Management Consulting Practitioner. He is also a member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, The Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), The Nigerian Institute of Training and Development and The Nigerian Institute of Strategic Management among others. He is a Licensed Human Resources Practitioner by the CIPM and also an accredited Trainer by the Center for Management Development (CMD), an accredited Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) for Bank of Industry on SMEs and a registered professional of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC). Frank is on the Board of many companies. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of African Prudential Plc, Lagos and the immediate independent Director of CRC Credit Bureau Limited, Lagos;the Chairman of LPC Integrated Resources Limited, a Director of SME Integrated Solutions Limited, and a member of the Board of Judges of Abuja Enterprise Agency, among others. He is a Director of FCT Microfinance Bank Limited. Mr. Chikezie has attended many local and international courses. He is an alumnus of the Executive Management Development Program (EMDP) of the St John’s University, New York. Other workshops and courses attended include: Financial System Stability and Macro-prudential Regulation-Emerging issues and policy Options (New York); Comprehensive Trade Finance Course organized by Euro Money Training (London); Infrastructure, Utilities & Energy Development Financing Workshop organized by Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (London) and Project Finance Course organized by Jeff O’Brian International, among others. Elder Frank Chikezie is a disciplined Christian leader and a dedicated servant of God. He is a Ruling Elder of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria. He was former Chairman, Congregational Board of The Lagos Presbyterian Church, Yaba, Lagos. He is a member of the Action Committee on HIV.AIDS of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, which honored him with the Patriots Award for his contributions towards helping those with HIV/AIDS. A Trustee of the Covenant Partners Foundation. Frank is the Founder/ President of The Kingdom Partners Foundation (KPF), a non-governmental organization focused on financing missionary activities and sponsoring missionaries, as well as the Founder and President of Touch- A- Life Today Ministry International, a care ministry for the less privileged in the society. He is the Founder of Center for Resourceful Living (CRL), an empowerment and personal development outfit for young people. Frank and his wife are gifted marriage counselors and members of the Christian Couples Fellowship International for which Frank was the former Executive Secretary. Community Development Activities Frank is a member of the Okezie Age grade of Abiriba through which he has contributed immensely to the development of the community. He was the pioneer Secretary of the age grade between 1983 and 1985 and participates actively in the affairs of the age grade for community and social development. He was the brain behind the formation of Abiriba Advancement Group (AAG) in 1992, a socio-political group of Abiriba professionals with the aim to provide the community with the needed leadership development that is consistent with the realities of the changing times. He is active in Youth Development which has earned him a Distinguished Youth leadership Award by the African Youth Empowerment of Nigeria. He was the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Presbyterian Youth Initiative and Empowerment Scheme, a project which he initiated. He is a Trustee of the Niger Delta Coastal Communities Empowerment Foundation and former Chairman, Manilla Estate Residents Association, Ikosi, Lagos. National Assignment In 1983, Frank was the Assistant Chief Counting officer of FEDECO during the general elections in that year. In 2019, he was an INEC Observer (Domestic) for the general elections in Lagos State. In 2015, he served as the Secretary to the Strategy Team for the former Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment.
