Mayowa Oyinloye has over nine years of banking experience covering Microcredit, Microfinance and commercial banking in major Nigeria Financial Institutions he was the pioneer Head of Internal Control Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc Abuja (2007-2011) held several positions in the Audit and Internal Group of Unity Bank Plc (2011-2017) He has a stint with Femi Bobade and Company (Chartered Accountants) and Corporate Consulting Ltd(Financial and Management Consultants) before joining FCT Microfinance Bank Limited. Mr. Mayowa is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Economist of Nigeria and an associate Member Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. He has attended several professional courses covering Frontline leadership, Risk Based Audit, Advance Microfinance Banking Operations, Credit Portfolio Management, Fraud Prevention and Customer Service Excellence. He holds a bachelor Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Abubakar A. Idokoko cuts his teeth in the Banking career when he did a stint at citizen Bank , by assisting in customer service desk and also a marketer over a decade back. He started with FCT MFB as one of the pioneer staff in April, 2013 and over this period of time, he has worked as a marketer, occupied portfolios as branch Head of operations, a branch manager and currently he is the Head of Credit/Risk. Abubakar is a graduate of Mass communication with a particular panache for public relations, critical reasoning and philosophy.

Faith Abraham is an astute and dynamic resource person who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She is a member of professional bodies like the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (FMILRM) and Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). She has close to 15years Senior Management experience covering Audit, Stock and Risk Management. She worked with NEPZA (Nigeria Export Promotions Zones Authority) in Audit Department until she left the country to study French. She has proven her capacity to have worked as a Risk Manager where she obtained certificates from Blue Ark Risk Consultants and Risk Map Consultants. In the Banking industry she is known to be a remarkable talent, with an eye for not only detecting risk areas in an organization but also seeking out opportunities and solutions to mitigate it so as to have or bring about a less risk environment for an organization to thrive and be profitable. Down the line, she has served as Head, Internal Control. Presently, she is the Head of Business Development in FCT Microfinance Bank in the Federal Capital Territory. To this end, she has consummated profession and experience in diverse roles in other to capture opportunities for growth through Business management, Networking, Maximizing revenue, Leadership, Mentorship, Organizational skills, Communication skills, Problem solving skills and Multi- tasking. She has always taken her role seriously and is passionate about her results. Beyond her passion on driving performance, she has facilitated and attended several trainings, seminars and workshop in key areas of Expertise- Entrepreneurship, Customer service delivery and Business Development.
